Redbows is one of the first gifts companies to use a blog for this purpose. The
company already provides Adobe PDF format guides for download from its main website
(www.redbows.co.uk). These tend to cover product ranges such as promotional
confectionery and seasonal items like umbrellas. The intention behind the blog is to
provide readers with a searchable on-line reference area and the opportunity for
feedback and comment. The blog has a select number of categories covering issues
such as 'design and artwork'. Regular posting are made covering key issues that

time and as soon as a particular problem area is highlighted a posting is uploaded
